Please strictly follow the given ICSET 2008 Paper Template. Accepted regular and invited papers are limited to 6 pages. All authors must also complete and submit a copy of IEEE Copyright Form and Abstract (150-250 words) to accompany with each technical paper submission.
Please note that all the full manuscripts should be IEEE Xplore compatible PDF. The detailed instructions for preparing IEEE Xplore compatible PDF are given below.
The final paper submission is now closed. We will no longer allow authors to come in to replace their final manuscripts.
Using IEEE PDF eXpress
According to the IEEE Xplore Requirements for PDF, all conference articles submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore must adhere to the IEEE Xplore PDF specification for compatibility. IEEE PDF eXpress is a free service to IEEE conferences, allowing their authors to make IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs (Conversion function) or to check PDFs that authors have made themselves for IEEE Xplore compatibility (PDF Check function).
The ICSET 2008 has registered for use of the IEEE tool: IEEE PDF eXpress. It is important to note that submitting a file to IEEE PDF eXpress is only for creation of a compliant PDF file, you must still submit your final paper through the On-Line Full Paper Submission system.

Deadline for Final Manuscripts Submission has been extended to 7 October 2008
Manuscript Registration
- Each delegate full registration covers only 1 technical paper publication
- Additional paper is charged at S$ 250 each.
- At least one author needs to register by 30 September 2008 to ensure that the paper is included in the final programme and the IEEE ICSET conference proceedings.
