Each conference participant will need to pay the conference registration fee.

IEEE Member/Non-Member Full Registration includes:

* on a first-come-first-served basis subject to a limit of 60 participants for each tutorial.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- Each technical paper that is accepted for inclusion in the IEEE ICSET 08 conference proceedings must be associated with a full conference registration. Student/Life Member registrations are NOT entitled to register any paper publication.
- Registrants under the "Member/Non-Member Full Registration" category are entitled to register up to a maximum of 2 additional technical papers per registrant with additional paper fee paid.
- Oral and Poster Papers which are not presented during the conference will NOT be included in the IEEE Xplore and EI databse.
Payment Procedure
Please download the conference registration form, fill up the form and sent by e-mail or FAX to the IEEE ICSET 2008 Registration Manager. Details are available on the registration Form.
For the registration made by cheque payment, it should be issued as a Bank Draft payable to IEEE ICSET 2008 and mail it to the Registration Manager. Personal cheque is not acceptable.
For the registration made by bank telegraphic transfer, the following is the bank information:

Regardless the payment for registration is made by credit card, cheque or bank telegraphic transfer, authors are required to send the registration form to the Registration Manager.
Cancellation and Refunds
- Requests for cancellations received on or before 15 October 2008 will be refunded 50% of the fee paid.
- From 16 Oct 2008 onwards, there will be no refund for cancellation of participation.
- Request for refunds are to be made in writing and send to the Registration Manager.
